The website and the team’s tools

Digital team

YouthShare’s website, its online services and the team’s working tools: fast, accessible and secure.

Assignments

  • Open and close Microsoft 365 and Slack accounts as members arrive and leave, following the rules set by the Head of Digital
  • Manage the association’s mailboxes (contact@, soumissions@, hr@): member access, send-as rights, signatures in English and French
  • Organise Teams and SharePoint: spaces for the labs and teams, access rights, filing and archiving
  • Offer the teams ready-to-use Microsoft Forms templates, set up with the Data Protection Coordinator: useful questions, access to responses, retention period
  • Run the Slack workspace and the channels of the YouthShare Alertes app: editorial board submissions and readings, Talent team applications and interviews, service status, the Board. Each alert carries a reference and a link; personal data stays in the site’s secure spaces
  • Turn on two-factor authentication for every account and review access with the Head of Digital
  • Coordinate each arrival and departure with the Monday and Salesforce Administrators, so all access opens and closes on the same day
  • Write short quick-start guides in English and French, and answer members’ questions

Tools to master

  • Microsoft 365 admin centre: accounts, licences, shared mailboxes, two-factor authentication
  • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Forms: team spaces, documents, forms
  • Slack: channels, members and the YouthShare Alertes app
  • Monday and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud: arrivals and departures coordinated with their administrators

What you will deliver

  • An arrivals and departures procedure, shared with the Monday and Salesforce Administrators
  • A clear structure for Teams and SharePoint, lab by lab and team by team
  • Ready-to-use Microsoft Forms templates
  • Quick-start guides to Microsoft 365 and Slack, in English and French

Profile we are looking for

  • Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 or a similar suite, and of Slack
  • A security reflex: passwords, two-factor authentication, least-privilege access
  • A service mindset and a gift for explaining
  • Rigour and discretion

The one-year commitment

A non-profit project is built over time. Every volunteer therefore commits for at least one year: time to settle in, carry the assignment through and pass on what they have learned. The weekly time depends on the role and is given in each role description.

How selection works

  1. Online application

You choose a role, present your background and attach your CV. A confirmation email gives you your reference.

  2. Profile review

The Talent team reads every application, matches it with the needs of the role and sends you a first reply by email within three days on average.

  3. Video interview

A conversation to get to know each other and shape the assignment together.

  4. Decision and arrival

You receive our answer by email, followed by a welcome to the team and access to its tools.
