  • Clarify intellectual property in publications: authors’ consent, co-publications with partners, image credits, requests to reproduce content from the site

  • Keep the site’s legal notice up to date, working with the Data Protection Coordinator, who looks after the privacy and cookie policies
  • Answer the teams’ legal questions and flag to the Board those that call for a lawyer’s advice

The one-year commitment

A non-profit project is built over time. Every volunteer therefore commits for at least one year: time to settle in, carry the assignment through and pass on what they have learned. The weekly time depends on the role and is given in each role description.
