Resources, partners and supporters
Fundraising & partnerships team
The roles that give the labs their resources: grants, donations, corporate giving and partnerships.
Assignments

- Tailor each application to the funder’s assessment criteria, vocabulary and guidelines
- Draft each application’s budget, which the administration, finance and compliance team checks and consolidates

- Write the narrative report due to each funder: activities and results; the administration, finance and compliance team prepares the financial section
- Use Claude as a writing aid: outlines, proofreading, English and French versions; every fact checked, every text approved by a person
- Work with the Grants and Fundraising Lead, who sets the strategy, monitors funding calls, owns the relationships with funders and steers each application

The one-year commitment
A non-profit project is built over time. Every volunteer therefore commits for at least one year: time to settle in, carry the assignment through and pass on what they have learned. The weekly time depends on the role and is given in each role description.
