AI in service of the mission
Artificial intelligence team
At YouthShare Initiatives, artificial intelligence is part of everyday work: Claude, first and foremost, and ChatGPT support research, writing, translation and organisation. The AI team makes demanding, useful and responsible use of them, in service of the five labs.

- Design Claude projects and custom GPTs, with their instructions, reference documents and examples
- Build automations that connect AI to our tools: email, documents, spreadsheets, website
- Develop YouthShare’s editorial workshop, built with Claude Code, its commands and its agents
- Connect Claude to our data sources through the MCP protocol and connectors
- Document every workflow: purpose, limits, human checkpoint
- Train users and gather their feedback
Tools to master

- Anthropic and OpenAI APIs: tools, structured outputs, cost control

Profile we are looking for
- Outstanding command of Claude and ChatGPT, including their APIs
