Five forms of action, one conviction

Before we propose anything, we document it. Every lab produces analysis briefs, field studies and original data on the issues that affect young people worldwide.

That knowledge becomes the foundation for everything else we do: it informs our positions, shapes our mentorship programs, and gives weight to our advocacy.

We carry young people’s voice directly to institutions: consultations, hearings, position papers, concrete public policy proposals.

This advocacy work always rests on the research we do beforehand, so that every proposal is both legitimate and well documented.

We train and support young leaders so they can build lasting solutions in their own communities themselves, backed by experienced mentors.

This mentorship carries on over time: every cohort stays connected to the YouthShare network, and in turn passes on what it received.

We create spaces for direct exchange between young people from different countries, to compare perspectives, defuse misunderstandings, and build shared understanding.

These dialogues feed our research as much as they spread it: what we learn in one country often sheds light on what we are looking for in another.

We imagine and document possible futures on climate and social transformation, to prepare tomorrow's decisions starting today.

This foresight work holds itself to the same standard of rigor as the rest of what we do: data, method, verification.
