Contribute to a project that matters

Each lab has its own method and its own needs. Choose the one whose topic speaks to you most.

You join a lab at your own pace. Some contributors stay for a few weeks on a specific study, others support a lab for years. What matters is what you bring: field data, a translation, facilitation skills, a critical eye.

The Digital Palaver looks for fresh eyes

Artificial intelligence & society

Propose a question, share a concrete use of AI in your school or community, or help translate our content into a new language.

All profiles are welcome: this lab mostly needs attentive observers of what AI is actually changing, day to day.

The New Agora Lab looks for voices that debate

Civic space & debate

Propose a debate topic, volunteer to speak, or become a facilitator for a session.

This lab thrives on diversity of viewpoints: the more varied the people who meet there, the more useful the debate becomes.

The Southern Compass Lab looks for correspondents on the ground

South-South cooperation

Become a correspondent in your country, propose a local case study, or review a brief before it's published.

This lab gives priority to contributors who live directly the realities it documents.

The New Forge Lab looks for mentors and project leads

Leadership & entrepreneurship

Propose a project for support, become a mentor, or share a funding opportunity with the lab's young leaders.

This mentorship carries on over time: each cohort stays connected to the YouthShare network once its project is launched.

The Impossible Futures Lab looks for rigorous scenario-builders

Climate & social foresight

Propose a scenario to explore, share relevant data, or join a collective scenario-building workshop.

This lab looks for scientific profiles as much as for voices able to imagine with rigor.
