A movement that became an association, carried by a single idea

The Youth Experience Sharing movement comes to life, carried by young people convinced that the world needs a space for collective thinking.

It all starts from a conviction: young people need a place to think through their own issues, before carrying them all the way to action themselves.

The movement grows, takes shape, and brings together young people from several continents around one shared conviction: think together before acting.

The first informal exchanges turn into a method: document before proposing, discuss before deciding.

The movement becomes YouthShare Initiatives, an association under French law, with the ambition of giving that collective energy a lasting structure and a clear method.

This change in legal status keeps the founding spirit intact and gives it the means to last.

Structured into five labs: The Digital Palaver, The New Agora Lab, The Southern Compass Lab, The New Forge Lab, and The Impossible Futures Lab, each with its own method and first outputs.

Each lab keeps its own identity, but all of them share the same requirement: think before acting, document before proposing.

First briefs published, first correspondents trained, first mentors active: the founding conviction becomes documented work, lab after lab.
