Partnerships
Build with YouthShare
YouthShare partners with youth associations and movements, schools and universities, civil society organisations, institutions, committed companies and project leaders who want to think and act with young people, all over the world.
Why partner with YouthShare
A network of young people on four continents
Our contributors write from Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas. A partnership reaches very different perspectives and places.

Our principles
Editorial independence
The editorial board alone decides what is published. Support, financial or otherwise, opens a collaboration; the content of analyses stays in the hands of the authors and the board.
Shared values
Equity, solidarity, integrity, participation, resilience and impact guide both the choice of our partners and the conduct of projects.
Reciprocity
Every partner gives and receives. The objectives, roles and commitments of each are written down from the start.
Protecting young people
Young participants keep control of their name, image and data, in line with the GDPR.
Becoming a partner, step by step
First contact
You write to us with a presentation of your organisation and your idea for a collaboration.
First conversation
A meeting to understand your objectives, your audiences and what we can build together.
Joint proposal
We write the project together: objectives, formats, timetable, roles and resources of each.
Written agreement
A partnership agreement sets out the mutual commitments and respect for editorial independence.
Launch and review
The project starts, then a joint review measures what has been achieved and prepares what comes next.
What a good proposal contains
- A presentation of your organisation: mission, country, audience
- The aim of the collaboration and the format you have in mind
- The lab or theme that interests you
- The timetable you would like
- The resources you can bring: skills, means, network
- The contact person and their details
Frequently asked questions
We are a small organisation: can we propose a partnership?
Yes. A neighbourhood collective, a student association or a new project brings a field and concrete questions, which is exactly what our labs look for.
Do you work with partners outside France?
Yes. Our contributors write from several continents and our publications appear in English and French. Conversations can take place in either language.
Can a partner steer the content of a publication?
A partner suggests themes, shares expertise and takes part in discussions. The final choice of published content belongs to the authors and the editorial board.
How long does a partnership last?
An event, a series of publications, a year of work with a lab: the length follows the project and is set out in the agreement.
Propose a partnership
Write to us in a few lines: who you are, what you would like to build, with which lab. We will reply to arrange a first conversation.
