She has gained practical expertise as an Economic Affairs Intern at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), focusing on Climate Finance, and completed research internships at The World Bank.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, she demonstrates a strong grasp of global economic and sustainability issues, which is further supported by her background as a Sustainable Development Research Assistant.

She dedicates her efforts to transforming knowledge into practical solutions that empower local communities and protect ecosystems. Bruel TCHIOFOUO

Lead of Global Project Initiatives

Bruel Tchiofouo is an economist currently affiliated with the CERDI School of Economics in Clermont-Ferrand, France. His academic focus is on Development Economics, pursuing a Master 2 degree with a specialization in both Project Analysis and Economic Analysis of Development.

He possesses proven skills in Economic Analysis and Impact Analysis. His interests lie in research at the intersection of economics and environmental challenges, as demonstrated by his contributions to studies on the institutional disequilibrium favoring synthetic pesticide use in agriculture.

Cindy CHATUE

Head of Digital Empowerment

Cindy is a network and telecommunications engineer driven by a deep curiosity about how technology connects the world. This curiosity has grown into a true passion for learning, building, and shaping the digital landscape. At YouthShare, she leads the Digital Empowerment Department, helping young people gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to shape their digital future.

Trained at the National Higher Polytechnic School of Douala, Cindy learned to see technology as a whole networks as the framework, code as the engine, and security as the conscience. Her goal is clear: to ensure that African youth are not just spectators of the digital age, but active drivers of its transformation.

Duclair NGUEPI

Head of Urban and Local Development Lab

Duclair Nguepi embodies the synergy between urban expertise and the economic rigor of development policies. A graduate Urban Planner (DEIAU, Valedictorian) from EAMAU, his trajectory is built upon a profound understanding of contemporary issues related to the planning and management of African cities.

Building on this foundational expertise, he is currently strengthening his profile with a Master’s degree in Economic Expertise in Development (IEDES, Sorbonne), where he is acquiring mastery of rigorous quantitative tools, notably econometrics and impact evaluation of public policies. This dual competence allows him to analyze socio-political and environmental challenges from an integrated, data-driven perspective. As the Head of the Urban and Local Development Lab at YouthShare Initiative, Duclair drives the strategy for integrating public policies and territorial development projects. His commitment is expressed through the resolve to transform theoretical knowledge into operational and sustainable solutions, serving an innovative Africa resolutely focused on the future. Godfred is an International Relations Analyst whose expertise is structured around African geopolitics, regional security, and diplomatic protocol. Backed by a Master’s degree from the University of Ghana and a solid foundation in broadcast journalism, he excels at deciphering power dynamics, from the strategic repositioning of the US in Africa to the security crisis in the Sahel.

His operational commitment is proven, notably through his service as a Protocol and Liaison Officer for high-level summits (African Union, United Nations, African Games), affording him a unique grasp of governance stakes and the mechanics of international institutions. As the Head of International Affairs Correspondent and Advocacy Strategy within the Association, Godfred is the guarantor of the macroscopic perspective. His mission is to translate geopolitical complexity into clear advocacy strategies, ensuring that the organization’s initiatives resonate with continental realities and are effectively positioned on the world stage. Guy Sery BAHI

Following a distinguished academic background, he has cultivated sharp expertise in Public Finance and Governance, underpinned by an advanced certification in Impact Evaluation from a leading global financial institution.

He has notably contributed to outlining major development strategies for the 2045 horizon, proposing groundbreaking frameworks for education (“EDU-Tech pour Tous”) and adapting the labor market to Artificial Intelligence (“REACT-IA”).

As the Head of the Policy Innovation and Impact Lab within the Association, Sery serves as the guarantor of initiative relevance and efficiency. Drawing on a dual academic foundation including a degree in Business Administration and Management (from the University of Nantes) and training in International Relations (IBSU) his multicultural background, forged through experiences in Europe and America, gives him a unique grasp of funding mechanisms and resource diplomacy.

Yannick NGONO

Head of Data Intelligence for Development

Yannick NGONO FONE is a Statistical Engineer Economist whose rigor serves as the foundation for innovation. Possessing a dual academic excellence (ENSAE-Dakar and MITx certification in Data Analysis), he wields an extraordinary quantitative mastery, essential for deciphering the complex mechanisms of economic development. His expertise crystallizes around economic modeling, impact evaluation, and statistical engineering, allowing him to establish precise performance frameworks for public projects.
