We created YouthShare Initiative to ensure young voices resonate in debates, shape change, and access leadership.
We connect young visionaries with the networks and resources needed to transform their dreams into tangible action. What unites us is the unwavering conviction: every young person deserves to be heard, supported, and empowered to lead. Our mission is to shift youth from the sidelines to the forefront becoming agents of change today, not tomorrow.

We weren’t content with youth being spectators. YouthShare Initiative exists to empower them to become the actors shaping their own future, starting today.
